Can’t use the app in Australia - bit silly if you live in NZ but want to buy a ticket whilst on holidays in Australia or elsewhere. I understand not being able to download it from overseas but for those who have the app and are signed in with a balance to spend, this is ridiculous. Also glitchy, constantly gives a technical error mid way through the results being scratched off and then you can’t finish watching it. Should be able to choose your preferences as well when it comes to results - we should be able to decide if we want the tickets randomised not in order of winning ticket first and whether we want to watch them all be scratched off or just the first one. Needs improvement overall.

Whoever developed this POS needs to be fired. The app constantly crashes while you’re trying to build your own ticket -which when you’re dealing with something like lotto -pisses people off big time. If you try and put together a ticket before logging in (for some reason it liked to randomly log me out) it’ll ask you to login - but it won’t take you back to the ticket you were building - so you lose that information and have to start again. Another issue is crashing during the instant Kiwi games so you just have to accept that you didn’t win without actually having the fun of playing the game. And another issue is when it fails to show you your tickets when you open the app so you check them manually and then next time you go into the app the animation starts up. Surely lotto has enough money to create a working application…..???

Whoever paid for this app should sue the developers, why do the user has to go to the long painful process of turning on location services (doggy) making an account with a lot of personal data (double doggy) just for checking the ticket numbers. Almost impossible to get there because of the app crashing every half step. Of course i used for less than five minutes and removed it from my phone forever, I’ll keep using the laser checkers at the supermarket. DEVELOPERS, Please, if you planning on replacing the laser reader (which is a smooth and fast experience) with an app, then the app should be as easy and straight forward as the process that is replacing in real life, being an app is not enough for making the process better. Is has to be same or improved. Keep that in mind while coding.

Lotto NZ. How is it that someone who plays the same numbers on Keno does NOT win anything for 10 consecutive days 4 draws a day that’s 40 draws in total and NOT even win $2. I’ve been playing the same numbers for the last 10 years and I’ve came ONLY close once back 6 years ago to winning big and to be honest that 10 day streak without NOT even $2 during that streak is telling me it is rigged. On the 11th day on the 44th draw I finally won $2. Almost going to an 11th day without any win’s. That is very upsetting I’ve never come across this ever. If you keep doing this type of behaviour to your loyal players who play the same numbers week in week out, year in and year out the truth will come out and show that your lottery system is 100% RIGGED!!!
