Overall good UX, however the map and payment options need improvements. Why do I have to search for a bus by its registration number? Who even remembers it? I should be able to tap on a bus and see which stops it’s going to be at (eg. Viabus TH), not which direction it’s headed. Even the route search is annoying to use because of dropdown getting overlapped by the keyboard, use a proper bottom sheet for this section, why use ‘x’ and ‘-‘ icons to close it, it should support gestures, not window controls. And regarding topups, it’s annoying to have to enter an otp every time. Use the correct payment terminal, the embedded ipg iframe isn’t very mobile friendly. I still haven’t figured out what the alerts tab does, but anyway it should be a notification page w/ push notifications support, not something that belongs in the map. I hope the UI/ UX teams can improve this in the coming months, this isn’t nitpicking, as someone who has used similar services in other countries, and as a regular user of LMT. This is probably the best thing that happened to LK public transportation in decades. Thanks and keep it up!

Great app so far. Add some user guide videos on app usage like how to pay, how to buy tickets for multiple passengers from single phone. Another feedback is add a feature to view how many vacant seats are available on busses that are on a route. Where CityBus failed is when you realize a bus is full only after waiting 15 mins for a bus to arrive. With all tickets handled electronically, it would be possible to gather this information for all busses on a route. If the app can show how many passengers are on the bus, passengers can make a decision to wait or to look for alternatives.

This app is incredibly easy to use and provides a convenient solution for daily commuters. While the live bus-tracking feature may occasionally experience inaccuracies or delays, the overall quality of the service remains outstanding. however, overall, the effort and service are truly commendable, The app has significantly enhanced the public transport experience, making it feel much more modern and efficient—similar to what one would expect in many developed countries.

1. When showing bus heading its no any sense of showing with degrees. No one understands that. Show it with makabura to Colombo like wise.2. When selecting bording point and end point the pop up menu is not that much user friendly on IOS. We can see very limited screen space to select those.3. Make the time duration to reach next bus to the halt. It will Beificial for passenger. Ex. Within 12 mins, within 10mins like wise. 4. Show the bus available seating capacity and full load. 5. When adding bank cards make cards to scan and enter option to the app.6. When selecting two points before loading to the bus show the fare for the trip.Those are the minus points I've noticed . But this is very great move for Sri Lanka and we have to keep up lift the metro. Cheers!!!
