Skims never fails us! My husband literally has such a particular choice in T-Shirts. I’ve watched him choose from brands that I truly could not that believe he would pay that much. I couldn’t blame him for trying to find the most comfortable clothing item that is worn everyday. I am not saying SKIMS is cheap it simply has a less expensive price for a fab product. Thank you Kim for helping me finally find my husband his favorite T. One less obstacle as a wife to think about!! Also, they wash wonderfully on gentle cycle! Yay!!! 😘😘😘😘

I’m writing to provide feedback on my experience using the Skims app, which I was enticed to download based off the Skims website. Shopping was easy, nothing I remember wanting to write about. But I just created my first return and found it frustrating. You open your previous orders and start a return from there, but then you’re prompted to add an order number and email address. It would be nice for these fields to auto-populate from the order I started the return from. (There is also instruction language on this page to “download the app”, but I’m already here!) I had to go back a page, copy the order number, and then start the return again to paste it in. Second, when the printable return labels are provided, they appear on your screen in the app but with no obvious options to print or email them; if they’re there, I didn’t see them before I got annoyed and left the app for my email. I then opened the return labels and printed them from the Gmail app instead. Lastly, I receive push notifications, but there appears to be nothing new when logging in. I had notifications on for shipping/tracking but will be turning them off now. Again, this review is for the app. The clothes have been great and set the bar high for the app! Thanks

Before I rip this app “a new one”, let me say that I am a LOYAL customer, to the brand to the clothes to the fabrics and to the fit . BUT….This app is basically useless. For such a huge brand , the app experience feels very impersonal. It’s never worked correctly. The reward system is meaningless, and never has the correct information anyway. You can’t even directly leave a review on the app, they send an email… and it will glitch out and fail. I like the clothes, but even in the past year I have seen the Quality go down, and the price go up. The best place that I have found for information on fit color fabric. Anything you can imagine is the subreddit “SKIMSbyKKW”… it’s pointless to use the app stick with the website. The one redeeming quality is really great customer service but that’s via text. Just start giving us a freaking discount once in a while, man we’re spending thousands, why not show appreciation for us?

I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. I placed my order on May 22, and it still has not been delivered within a reasonable time. The package was shipped using UPS Mail Innovations — a service that does not guarantee delivery times and often results in significant delays. The most frustrating part is the lack of communication. I was not informed in advance that the delivery could take such a long time. There were also no timely updates or notifications about the delay. As a result, the customer is left completely in the dark and has to track everything on their own, while the situation is essentially not properly managed by the seller. I find this approach unacceptable. The company should clearly communicate realistic delivery times and provide proper tracking and customer support. My experience has been extremely negative, and I do not plan to order from here again.
