Mobilna aplikacija APPEAK je pohodniški žepni pripomoček, ki ti olajša raziskovanje in načrtovanje pohodniškega podviga, ti pomaga priti od izhodišča do cilja po pravi poti, ter ti omogoča, da uspešno osvojene vrhove za vedno zabeležiš v svoj pohodniški dnevnik. Na prvo mesto postavlja dobro informiranost in varnost ter ti pomaga najti pravo ravnovesje med tvojo fizično pripravljenostjo in zahtevnostjo poti. Aplikacijo lahko brez skrbi uporabljaš tudi takrat, ko se znajdeš na območju brez internetne povezave (offline način), saj lahko vrhove in poti preneseš na svojo napravo vnaprej. Vsak mesec pa lahko sodeluješ tudi v APPEAK IZZIVU in združiš svojo strast do pohodništva z možnostjo osvojitve privlačnih nagrad.

The APPEAK mobile app is your pocket hiking companion that makes it easier to explore and plan your hiking adventures. It helps you find the right path from start to finish and lets you permanently log every successfully conquered peak in your personal hiking journal. With safety and information at its core, it helps you find the right balance between your physical ability and the difficulty of the path. You can also use the app without an internet connection (offline mode) by downloading peaks and routes in advance. Each month, you can also take part in the APPEAK CHALLENGE and combine your passion for hiking with the chance to win great prizes.
APPEAK is all this and much more. With it, you can:
* explore beautiful hilly and mountainous landscapes
* plan your next hiking adventure
* save ideas for future hikes
* choose from numerous categorized suggestions
* search for any starting points, path or peaks

The app requires login to access the content. This makes no sense if you just want to check the content/destinations without any personalization.Looking at the privacy policy, it looks like the primary purpose for this is to spam users.

Thank you for your feedback. The login requirement is in place to ensure both the security and personalization of user data. By linking activity to a personal account, the app can keep track of peaks you’ve conquered in your hiking logbook, peaks and trails you’ve saved, as well as your progress in the monthly challenge (if you choose to join).The purpose of registration/login is therefore not to send unwanted messages (spam), but to provide a personalized experience and safeguard the data connected to each user.

Zdaj lahko vrhove in poti preneseš na svojo napravo vnaprej ter tako brez skrbi uporabljaš aplikacijo tudi takrat, ko se znajdeš na območju brez internetne povezave.
Poleg tega smo odpravili še nekaj manjših napak in izboljšali splošno delovanje aplikacije.
