I love this game so much I’ve been playing it for years, but the only reason I keep giving up on this game is because it’s REALLY hard to expand your city and get materials. It’s so overwhelming! I would recommend adding a search bar in the global trade HQ, and make it easier to get expanding materials, and reduce the time of getting materials in factories, it’s also a bit hard to earn simcash. I really hope you fix these common problems because otherwise the game is really cool!

I had a very nice city and the graphics and design are absolutely excellent but when I updated to the new IOS 16, the app keeps crashing everytime I open it and keeps going like this everyday. So I hope I fix this problem, I want to go back building my city ☹️😔

Why is everything in this game is time consuming?! A lot of the ingredients and factory products takes so long to be done. And everything ALMOST EVERYTHING is linked to a purchase deal transaction!! Disgusting what it is, The developers of this game are just getting more greedy. Token buildings has to fill almost twice the the previous update! And to make one it even worst now and requires almost triple the effort!! And searching through global trade is pointless and time consuming as well, just make a search engine or let me refresh faster!! What the point of staring at items that I don’t want for 30 sec ????!!!!This game transactions cost more than my house’s furniture, it’s a joke, I’m happy I paid nothing, I bought the season pass just for the sake of not playing free all the time.Just put a price on the game and let people enjoy it for what it is instead of your “Freemuim package” I would never recommend this game to anyone! In fact I would be warning them.

I really love the game, I’ve played it since i was 10, I’m really happy to see that the game is still getting updates, and i hole they add the option to watch an ad to get some reward like that green currency or golden coins early on in the game, but other than that i really like the game and i hope they keep improving on it!
