Grok really is an amazing application the provides human like experience in normal conversation as well as very informative responses to day to day questions. The voice used is very assuring but also entertaining. The video animation is next level awesome ! I sat at the airport the other day and spoke to Grok for an hour before my flight and it was such fun! Love it!!

I was a heavy Grok user for three months. I was highly involved in their Discord community, actively tested multiple features, and provided them with a lot of feedback. However, since Grok is still way behind its competitors, I eventually decided to cancel my subscription. That is when the nightmare started. Unlike other AI providers, there is no reliable way to manage or pause your subscription. Instead of canceling my account, they repeatedly tried to charge my card. They completely ignored my emails and in-app support requests. When I tried to get help in the community, I was completely ignored and then actually warned that I would be banned if I wrote another post about it! I ultimately had to contact my card issuer and permanently block xAI from charging my account. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I am sharing this so other users know exactly what they are getting into and don't have to go through what I did.

The app has many features and high demand, but this problem needs a solution. Over time, users will struggle with the limited chat functionality, get bored, and switch to other apps. Please address the issue of chat time limits, sometimes reaching three days or two, which prevent users from sending messages. The app is excellent, so please continue updating and improving it.
