Soft Launch at Last! Pretty good but needs changes
Mychael1966
I’m thrilled to have access to Warcraft Rumble during their Soft Launch because I literally been waiting an entire year to play since I never got an invite when it was in Beta! 👍🏼👍🏼 👉🏼 Anyway, WR is a lot different than the Clash Royale & CR clones you might be playing. It has different features within the game that definitely challenge you!! In fact the beginner levels that I’m still on are hard in my opinion! Games do not end in 2 mins, you really need skills, know which unit to use and which ones to level up etc. 👉🏼 Also, Clan Warchests are a welcome feature that allows guild members to earn points that go towards rewards for guild members. Lastly, apparently buying Gold has been added unto the game store which worries some people. Other changes have been made as well I am told, so I hope the developers will listen to feedback. This remains to be seen. 👉🏼I’m hopeful because this game seems fantastic and NOT mindless like CR type games! I’ve only been playing since yesterday early evening, so I don’t have much more insight to add but I DEFINITELY really like WR. It has great potential!!! Check it out! 👍🏼
Game crash frequently 😔
ig: @gr8tgoods
I’m addicted to this game right now. However, I’m getting a lot of crashing while playing this game. I’m using ipad 5th gen. Hopefully dev’s can fix this. I’m also hoping this game will be available in Steam 🤞🏽.
Warcraft Rumble – A Disappointing Turn from Blizzard
What neek name is free?
Lack of PvP VarietyThe game restricts you to the same hero from your deck at the start of each match, eliminating the strategic depth typically expected from PvP. Rather than skill-based combat, battles devolve into a gamble on whether your chosen hero will counter your opponent’s, undermining the competitive spirit.Stifled ProgressionA critical flaw lies in the experience system. In a game where farming XP is essential to upgrade heroes, the imposition of a daily cap means that after only 1.5 to 2 hours of play, you hit a hard limit. This abrupt halt in progression leaves little incentive to continue playing once the cap is reached.Aggressive MonetizationThe reintroduced bundles further exacerbate the issues by shifting the focus towards monetization over player satisfaction. This approach not only disrupts the gameplay experience but also contributes to the overall sense of frustration.ConclusionCombining a repetitive PvP structure, a severely limited progression system, and intrusive monetization practices, Warcraft Rumble misses the mark. Based on these shortcomings, I cannot recommend this game to anyone seeking a balanced and engaging experience.
