I have just downloaded the app and was about to register. When asked to enter my phone number, it says ‘unable to proceed. Too many requests’ I was like what? I just entered my phone number for the first time and clicked next. It doesn’t allow me to register! What kind of app is this? If you want people to use your app, please make it user friendly! I am disappointed by all my experience with Uber. On several occasions, drivers have demanded extra money beyond the fare shown in the app. This puts customers in an uncomfortable position and defeats the purpose of having transparent, upfront pricing.Many drivers have told me that Uber pays them too little, so they ask customers to make up the difference. While I understand that drivers may have concerns about their earnings, I do not believe it is fair for customers to be pressured into paying more than the fare agreed upon in the app.As a customer, I expect the fare displayed in the Uber app to be the final fare, unless there are legitimate additional charges clearly stated by the app. Being asked for extra cash or additional payment during or before a trip affects my trust and confidence in using Uber.I hope Uber takes this issue seriously by investigating these complaints, enforcing its policies consistently, and ensuring that both drivers and customers are treated fairly. If driver compensation is a concern, it should be addressed between Uber and its drivers rather than placing that burden on customers.Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback. I've been having issues with Uber for a really long time now, and my patience is wearing thin. I use Uber every day single day, and with every booking I make, it takes the app forever to get me a driver, and then it takes forever for the driver to get to the pick-up. It is the most unreliable service because 80% of the time, I end up having to wait for a cab for over 45 minutes, which has resulted me being late to my destination on countless occasions. And the worst part is that customers aren't allowed to cancel their bookings, even despite the drivers taking too long to pick them up. It isn't our faults your drivers are incompetent and are incapable of following a GPS, nor are we obliged to pay for their mistakes. The drivers just keep getting worse too, I have lost count of how many times I've called the drivers and asked them simple questions such as "Where exactly are you?" And "How long more would it take you to reach?" And got a response of "I don't know." Is that what you call professionalism? Is that what you called an easy, convenient service? Uber doesn't deserve our money, and I'm not the only one complaining. Sort this out.

I appreciate this app were made for those who doesnt have transportation. But sometimes it really made me feel uncomfortable. First, every time I call for Uber, I already put the name of our destination but the driver always ask where I am going and how much the price is. Second, some of them are asking extra prices for the reason of they wanted to go back to particular places and need extra money to pay for the gas. Third, I even experienced this; I wanted to go a place where were only 10 minutes from my pickup point but I have to wait for almost half an hour for the driver to come. I mean when I requested for uber, I saw fews car icons near me but ended up was accepted by a car that are far away from me. I am sorry for bringing this up, most of the problems came from the drivers but if the driver read this, please, be a good and honest driver. Earn money in wise way, not in taking advantages. Me myself sometimes I gave extra money when I pay but it is really uncomfortable when the driver just asked or it first. Thank you.
