I seriously love this game but the disrespect and discrimination against the global server is just ridiculous. The Chinese server always will be put above every other server but with the situation of the newest love interest, Valko, is disappointing. To completely disregard the global server opinion is just plain unacceptable. I wish this game would look at us global server players with respect I believe we deserve. Above this there are more problems that I can’t mention because of how many there are but I’ve reached my limit with Valko. Please do better. We are rooting for you to do better.

Why couldn’t we get Valko?? Obviously a lot of time and effort was put into developing his character (design, story, character models, personality, storyline and much more) and infold scrapped everything just because the Chinese player base didn’t like him? This community spans so much further than just the Chinese player base and love interest archetypes that they prefer. We already have more realistic “human” characters like Xavier, Caleb and Zayne. Even Rafayel and Sylus are portrayed mainly in their human looking design. Valko’s design would have given the community a fully fantasy design. So many players globally spend money on the game because a lot of content and DLC’s are locked behind a paywall. Why couldn’t you just add everything as planned for the version 6.0 update? If people don’t like the character they just wont invest in him as much as the other love interests. Very disappointing
Listen to your western playerbase

Removing the new LI Valko from the game is not the solution. The western audience was excited for him and he was never the main issue to begin with. Start listening to your global audience and stop prioritising the chinese one, the global playerbase has been bringing up serious issues with the game FOR YEARS and you haven't done anything, but when the chinese players complain you "fix" the issue within a week. Pathetic. Fix the lighting issues for players with darker skin tones, it's ridiculous that it still hasn't been fixed, stop negletic existing LIs and pushing back their stories, Sylus and Caleb have been out for a while and they're still lagging behind the og3. And Valko isn't at fault with these issues, you're a billion dollar company, i'm sure you don't have to delay stories of existing characters, you're just being lazy and greedy. Super disappointing.
