Foto Notes burns the facts right into your photos: date, time, street address, GPS coordinates, compass, altitude, a small map, the weather — and your note. No editing afterwards, no separate notebook. One image, all the information.
Building site, flat viewing, handover, inspection or survey: what the photo shows, it also backs up — every detail baked into the pixels, on every copy, in every app.
THE NEW DOCUMENTATION STAMP
The single line of text has grown into a structured info card that ticks live in the viewfinder:
- Large clock with seconds, date and time zone
- Full street address — street, number, town
- Exact GPS coordinates, altitude and compass bearing (true or magnetic north)
- A map thumbnail of your position — standard or satellite (Pro)
- The weather at capture — temperature, wind and humidity (Pro)
- Your note and your branding
Too much of a good thing? Hold the stamp and toggle every element individually. What you see is what gets burnt in — nothing else.
DESIGN RIGHT IN THE CAMERA
Change transparency, colours and placement in the adjust panel right next to the shutter — every change appears instantly in the viewfinder. The stamp sits in a corner or above/below the photo, so no detail of the image is ever covered. Set the stamp size to small, medium or large.
SIX TAGS, NOTHING TO MEMORISE
Tap a tag and it drops into your note as a clean badge — no code to remember, nothing to type:
- Date — today's date, in the format you choose
- Time — the current time, ticking every second
- Location — town, country or full street address
- Room — an entry from your room list (kitchen, bathroom, office …)
- Coordinates — exact GPS position, works completely offline
- Company — your company name and website (Pro)
MADE FOR VIEWINGS AND SITE WORK
Set up your room list once and pick the room before each shot. Three viewings later you'll still know which bathroom belongs to which flat. On site, date, coordinates and map document every step of progress.
CHECK-IN: WORK HOURS WITH PROOF
The new check-in mode clocks you in and out with a proof photo — selfie camera, burnt-in time, done. The app reminds you to check out, times can be corrected transparently, and your time log survives reinstalls thanks to iCloud backup. Export the work time report as a PDF with photos, daily totals and signature lines — or as CSV. Your first report is free, after that it is part of Pro.

Your first 3 photos after installing carry the full Pro stamp — including the map and your own branding. Then you decide what to keep.
NO ADS — FOR ANYONE
The free version takes unlimited photos, completely ad-free. In return it carries a small Foto Notes badge inside the stamp.

Replaces exactly that badge with your logo, your company name and your website — on every photo you hand to clients, insurers or contractors. Plus the map thumbnail and stamp layouts above/below the photo. Available as a subscription or a one-off lifetime purchase — no forced subscription.
