Hi there,So I’ve watched a lot of shows and it offers a good HDR experience but sadly one thing disappointed me was there is no spatial audio option for AirPods Pro, why is that?Please update the library with 5.1 channel spatial audio sounds. It would be greatly appreciated 😊

The good thing about Disney+ is, the catalog is getting bigger and better. That’s about it. However the app needs lots of work,(for example: the highest resolution supported is 1080p which is ridiculous AND no HDR or Dolby Atmos support / Content censorship / Many many many subtitles are pure garbage and should be redone because a lot of times they get the whole meaning wrong and it feels like automated cc (sometimes the person working on the subtitles refuses to translate some words, like: Dating or alcohol, instead they put (inappropriate language) I noticed this while watching Modern Family. / Can not access Disney+ while abroad. I understand that the content differ from region to region due to licensing, and that’s perfectly fine, but why lock me out of the app? If a user from the US decided to travel to Europe for instance, he can use the same subscription there and have different content, so why can’t we? We pay the same amount of money! The app will be one year old in a few months and it should be in better shape since this is not your first market and you’ve been doing it for many years.

The app doesn’t work if you go outside your home country. It’s really terrible as if you still was subscribed and you went outside you will not be able to unsubscribe and they will take your money monthly until you return back home and to top it I tried to contact with the customer services regarding this and they did nothing, and they say they cannot do anything they advised me to do another account and to subscribe with it, this is so ridiculous because I was already paying for the other one which was so terrible. Not to mention it gets really hard to use the app and it’s not really ideal app to watch your fav shows…… not to mention that the downloads cannot work as well and the app as well stopped working !!!!? so I downloaded lots of videos to watch, in my flight and sadly and ridiculously the app doesn’t work!!!!???

I love disney plus but it is a very bad app , i used to watch normally until I took a break and the bugs started. First when i press “watch” it tells me “manage access to watch “ i went to the website to fix it and it didn’t work i tried “chat with us” but it still didnt work so i made new account and still didnt work and i live in kuwait so i want to pay zain but only visa and cards . Im very shocked because I tried on my others phone and still bad reviews, please fix it .
