Everything was ok until I opened the app to update my details, the app kept loading but nothing was happening. Went to App Store to confirm if I have to update it but all was okay. I decided to uninstall & install the app again & the only thing I see now is just white screen with pink tab. No writings just blank page. Can I be sorted by this?

I have used this app for years and it really helped me understand myself and manage my period better. It is sad to see everything that made this app great, such as the Cycle Day explanations and Symptoms explanations blurred out on condition that we subscribe to Premium when it hasn’t been that way for years. The period tracking is great, but the fact that I have to pay for Premium simply to understand the basics of my period and consequently plan around that is horrible and disheartening

Lost my data when i changed devices

I love the app. It has been really helpful for over a year. When i first used it i logged in and i was even receiving emails. When i changed devices and downloaded the app again they told me to sign in from scratch because they could not recognize my email. I googled and they said it is probably because i used the app anonymously but that does not make sense as i was even receiving emails. Other than that i have no problems with the app

Flo was great but now it requires you to pay to get more than 2 months predictions and other important stuff that is was not charging. Imagine how expensive it is to have your periods every month and now Flo requires you to pay to access information. I thought Flo was to make life easier during your periods? Now it had made everything about money and not helping women!I hate capitalism. I guess the men in the Flo management department introduced this? Cause no woman would make it more expensive to have your monthly period.It is sad!
