It’s working quite well, can’t complain. But you should make the rerouted trips bill the customer automatically without having to add another destination as an option

Drivers score problem
It’s so unfortunate that despite being given a valid reason as to why the driver did not respond to a call you still reduce the score. Again why do you guys reduce drivers score when the client canceled the trip sometime they cancel not because we fail to move towards them but because of the distance we have to cover to reach them and may be they are in a hurry then they need to reorder but because you people are just mean you just deduct the score.

My acceptance score it have been reduce yet all those decline requests received was still on a rider with clients… where by can’t accept ride and eventually it will be cancelled by secondary customer as im on another ride
