I loved the game. The visuals, the drawings, the ideology. But now it’s kinda demotivating after reaching a certain level. Energy: - 100 is never enough and the wait for the next refill is 2 hr long. - The biggest scam they pull is after managing to somehow accumulate 300+ energy using gems, ads & store; the pull is pathetic. Orders: - You can never fulfill the orders enough to get the daily tasks complete daily. After months of play I could only manage twice. - Large orders take up all of your energy in one product that you don’t have enough for the next coming one. - You’d think that these items aren’t being ordered for a long time and sell them but the next order is that very item Pull: - It’s difficult to produce high value items as the pull is pathetic. - It’s annoying to have duplicates of cards and not able to complete the card pack even after trading. - The time between 2 recharge points is too much or the no of recharges are too much. I honestly love the game, I follow the chat, and eagerly wait for the next item to unlock but these factors annoyed a little too much and I haven’t played the game since. So it’s a game for people who have minimal free time and want a interesting distraction and relaxation. - They should increase the max energy hold with increasing levels. It’d be nice if the developers would do something abt these as I want to play the game but instantly lose interest after the energy depletion.

I do agree with the review shared by one of the viewer.. the orders arre never able to to be fulfilled in a day .. The amount is way high and the energy needed to get and collect item is never sufficient. It literally takes no time to get out of the game cause all the energy you get gets applied to reach the item and its not even haf achieved. The card is the most annoying part where the card in which you are suppose to get most gifts are never completed and top of that ot scams you in buying those diamonds and energy with card pack which too are never the new card except one and other just gets duplicating with no use at all. It should b more easy to play such games as no matter what no body’s is ever gonna spend money in buying those diamonds or energy pack instead they’ll just start loosing interest and stuck up to some other game and at the end this will b getting removed/uninstalled .. The makers really should up their game and create excitement rather then scamming them to pay .. if its free only then its more enjoyable..

Appreciate the game. It is indeed addictive and fun. Playing it for a quite a long time now and here is what I would like to put forward to the developers-1. Whatever thing appears in the orders and has the daily goals running, even after spending more than 100 energy, items of those orders are not received making it boring to achieve the target 2. Either increase the energy bar or reduce the refill time otherwise it we are able to make only a single item in 2-3 hours of time 3. Last but not the least increase the number of times before the producer went in recharging mode or stop spending energy once we create producers like fountain, herbal tea etc

This game is fun but it costs you your sanity! Every order takes hundreds of energies, which makes it impossible to complete orders because we only get one energy point every 2 minutes. And then it stops when it gets to a 100.So if you want to play further, you’ll have to sink money into it to buy gems and energy. Which, I think is just not worth it.I emailed customer support about items vanishing from repository and they told me that wasn’t allowed. First of all, you give us a measly space to store things. Secondly, we get unnecessary items when it something else we need for the orders. And thirdly - how is it that a hack we use to store items has you so up in arms against users? And a supervisor got involved and when I said that it wasn’t fair, he goes, “I appreciate the opportunity to assist you, but there’s nothing else I can do regarding this topic.” So dismissive!The trading of cards is supposed to be easy on the Facebook group but the admins have taken to deleting posts moments after approving them. I love the few people who were helpful but on the whole, there’s just a lot of chaos. I used to love this game but all this behavior from the game creators and players alike has soured me towards it. I said in my email to customer service that I’ll be uninstalling the app, but it hasn’t happened so far. Such are this game’s claws! But one day… one day, I will.
