After playing REAL Scrabble all my life this is an utterly awful version of the game no need for the nonsense bells and whistles around it.I and many others would gladly pay a reasonable once off fee to have a proper Scrabble like the Mattel version we so loved for some yearsHighly upset and disappointed to the point stopped playingPlease give us our Scrabble Back

The mechanics for the game itself are quite good, this could have been an excellent game. However, an annoying ad shows up after just about every move you make. The game is also filled with bots, so you rarely play against humans (and the two aren’t differentiated by being different modes). It is also full with useless features such as receiving badges and other such diversions that take up much time after each move. Overall, the main reason I stopped playing is the incredible overabundance of ads. I suspect if the app had been made 10 years ago instead, all these features which plague current phone games and make this one unplayable would not have been present.
