I started playing with this app last week. The design is great. Lots of features. The GUI is great. Everything is easy to use. I would give it a 5 starts review. *However*, there are two unbelievable bugs that makes the app almost useless. First of all, in a round 50% of the games against the computer the app simply crashes. It would have been tolerable if once the app is relaunched, the game would have continued by using the saves state of the game. But this is not the case. You simply need to start a new game. This is really frustrating. In addition, the puzzles are really a fun feature. But again, there are bugs that for some reason, causes my app to send messages about lost connection to the server almost every time I solve a puzzle. I tried multiple internet connection. 4G and several Wi-Fi networks. All behave the same. I have an iPhone XS. Other than that, none of my other apps crashes.

I am even a paying user in order to access additional features, and there is no doubt that you are doing an excellent job in terms of user interface, user experience, and the impressive use of complex algorithms and logic.However, I would like to bring to your attention an unresolved issue that I frequently encounter — and I am quite certain this is not the first time it has been raised. There are many instances where players abandon the game mid-session, leaving their opponents waiting for what feels like an eternity with no response. On several occasions, I have found myself waiting for over 3–4 minutes, only to eventually give up and exit the game.Sometimes, the player’s status changes to “Reconnecting,” but the main issue remains the uncertainty: is the opponent still present and contemplating their next move, or have they truly left the game?There is a simple solution to this: after a certain period of inactivity (e.g., one minute), the system could display a message to the player such as, “Hey, are you still there?” If the player does not respond (e.g., by tapping anywhere on the screen) within 60 seconds, the system would automatically remove them from the game. This would ensure that the maximum wait time for a response would be — in this example — two minutes, which is a much more reasonable duration.I would greatly appreciate your attention to this matter and sincerely hope you consider implementing this small yet impactful improvement.Thank you very much!

I been playing chess almost for 20 years.Mobile chess changed the game for me. It brought incredible fashion of fast-reaction gameplay. Bullet and rapid chess was always a feature of NYC husslers making money this way.Now I have it with one tap on the screen.Great application that brings new life to chess. One way or another fast and slow games of chess are two different games which are both represented here.By getting the subscription I receive statistics on my games. Also, I get to see the full engine analysis with variations to follow. Moreover, I can start learning openings, new tricks and perspectives. Thorough and complex puzzles add an opportunity to explore the riddles of the high level plays setting a benchmark to look forward to.5 stars worth

I am really really disappointed in the result I got, I clearly by mistake subscribed to a yearly subscription and the same moment I made this mistake I asked for a refund clarifying that I only wanted to get one week free as the ad clearly stated on the subscribe button in which my refund was declined, then I submitted another refund hoping it would be accepted clarifying the mistake again and stating how I really don't want this and that it is too expensive for me but you ended up declining my request again and said that the decline is final and now Im stuck, I am really disappointed and dissatisfied with the result and not to mention that even in the chess app there is no subscription added I will be calling in customer service on Sunday so that I hopefully come to a conclusion With all due respect Sincerely, Zain
