I general, the lessons are pretty useful, although if you’ve read books in these topics before, then the content of this app won’t offer much new stuff. The situational lessons are great, I wish there were more of those in the app. The video playing feature has a lesson blocker bug, the Build a Strong, Professional Voice video simply does not play, just loads forever. There’s no option to report a bug for that in the app or to reduce the video quality that would perhaps trigger the play function. I don’t know what’s the content of that lesson, because I’m not able watch the video.

If the lessons contained some listening part or if it had a possibility to listening to the lessons, the app would be more comfortable and more effective. It would be easier to follow.However I like it ✌🏻

Scam, not able to cancel subscription and payment.

I downloaded and payed for the first month, i thought i will cancel it if i don’t like. I cancelled it about 2 weeks later (in time). At the beginning of the second month based on my email address they charged me again for 20USD. Since it is not among my subscription list, i am unable to report it to apple. I forced my credit card issuer to block any transactions that comes from this “provider”. (Update: however they charged me, i emailed the support address, they refund me in literally 3 minutes or less. Happy ending then.)
