I’ve used a number of different platforms and was left with alot of frustration, Canva is soooo easy to use, it’s just amazingly user friendly and one can put together a very professional looking IG feed, project or presentation without spending hours trying to figure stuff out, unlike photoshop! I am beyond thrilled with Canva and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to simply their lives! Love the fact they’re quickly adding new and improved features, I’m totally hooked!

There are a few points that I’m dissatisfied.First off, which is the major problem for me, I use my phone and iPad for my designs since I don’t carry my iPad with me all the time but there are a few features that the iPad doesn’t have. It went well before, but recently, when I try to use my iPad to edit my design, the screen just froze and I’m forced to delete the app and re-download the app to try and open my design. But it just doesn't work. I can’t even press any buttons as I opened the app. What kind of app is this when I can’t even use it? I don’t know is it because I’m using it two devices with the same account, but please fix this bug, it caused a huge inconvenience to us users.Secondly, the same designs are ironically not the same in different devices. In my iPad, all of the layers in my design doesn’t overlap each other. But when I switched to edit the design from my phone, some layers overlapped and after I adjusted the position of the layers and get back to my iPad, the positions have gone all wrong again. I assumed that the positions of the layers should be identical regardless the devices, but apparently that assumption was wrong. Finally, I just want to say that I enjoy your templates, yet as I used the app for quite some time, I feel like I’ve used most of the templates already, especially the instagram story ones, so i believe that you guys might want to consider to upload more different designs more frequently so that we can make full use of the app more.Please accept my humble opinion and take action. This app is not bad, but certainly needs more improvement.

UPDATE - App randomly reset to previous version for some reason. However, now it’s working fine. Had to use web version of it by logging in on the website all morning and I have to say, when the app works, it’s good. When I have an issue (albeit today was my only one so far) I have to resort to going on the website version, and that is just an absolute pain.Literally what the title says. I pay for Canva Pro and I have been using it for a while at school to help make videos for my students. Opened it today to a confusing new UI and it crashes literally every single time i open a file. Slow and buggy. The UI of two days ago was perfect. This buggy mess has locked me out of any chance to do anything meaningful at work as all my work is saved on the app. Considering asking for a refund for this month. I pay month to month for this reason alone. Glad I didn’t purchase a year subscription as literally my entire work for the week I’m unable to use. Confusing new UI and nowhere near as efficient as before.
