I have been using the Tide app since five years ago. Recently,I bought a plus membership, when I realised I had logged into the wrong account and hence I paid for a plus membership for the wrong account. Therefore, I tried to log back out and log in with the right account. However, apple would not let me purchase a plus membership again (for the right account) via the same apple account, so I understood that I’d probably bought the plus membership for the wrong account and that was that. Since I decided to give up on the wrongly paid for account, I just deleted that Tide account and tried to subscribe to plus for my correct Tide account, but the system still told me to log into the wrong Tide account which had already been deleted. I tried to connect my account to my wrongly paid for account by linking the emails together (after I had deleted that wrong Tide account), but I still could not pay for it. I gave up and decided to open a new apple account to pay for my Tide plus membership (at this point, already paid 148hkd twice to a sum total of 296hkd), which worked for one day, until I logged into again the next day to find out that the Tide system had cancelled my paid subscription that had been paid for by my new apple account (Despite taking my money) and once again was asking me to log into my DELETED Tide account when i tried to resume purchase. Despite the fact that apple has refunded me 148hkd already and I am appealing for a refund for my second apple account, I am at odds with whether I should try to purchase a plus membership again, since the system is so stubborn on linking my account with a deleted account, I feel like if I tried to purchase a plus membership again, this mess would just happen again.
