There’s one particular bug that hasn’t been fixed up until now, Gemini app is very bad at running in the background. Here’s what I mean, suppose you open a chat and enter a prompt into Gemini app , then let’s say in the process of it thinking to generate an answer you let’s say open a different app like WhatsApp, the moment you leave the Gemini platform and stay on WhatsApp for even up to 30 seconds to a minute, your app will crush and you will be receiving a server error message, this has been happening for a long time now and I honestly thought it was goi to be fixed with time but it still had been overlooked, this is where OpenAi’s ChatGPT beats our dear Gemini and it feels bad honestly.

The AI is incredibly smart, fast, and helps me run my media pages across Instagram and Facebook smoothly. BUT the biggest issue is that it keeps forgetting important context and details from earlier in the EXACT SAME CHAT.Developers need to stop focusing on minor tweaks and lock in the long-term memory/file recall feature for the same chat room. We shouldn't have to repeat our follower counts, platform history, or strategy every couple of hours. Keep the memory permanent in the same chat so we can build real workflow continuity! Working on it isn't enough, roll the feature out!

During a continuous discussion, it sometimes treat subsequent question, or follow up question as new question. It makes the answer disconnect from the already established discussion.
