Hi, sorry for the problem you encounter. Could you let us know if the long connection time is happening when the phone is on the same local network or is it happening when you are using outside network such as phone's data plan? If you encounter this issue when you are on the same network as the Access devices, please create a support ticket at account.ui.com/requests and share with us the support file from the Access app.
