Chatwoot es una plataforma de gestión de clientes a través de chats. Puedes añadir WhatsApp, web, meta etc. Lo primero de todo es decir que es totalmente gratuita y autogestionable. Puedes instalarla en tu propio servidor. Eso ya es una ventaja. Además está constantemente actualizándose. Es cierto que la app para iOS necesita ser actualizada y pulida. Las notificaciones a veces no llega y hay que mirar la app de vez en cuando para confirmar que han llegado nuevas notificaciones. Van por buen camino. Espero que actualicen la app pronto con más opciones.
