A STREAK YOU CAN TRUST
The count is derived from an append-only log, never stored as a number that can quietly drift. Corrections are recorded as corrections. If you relapse it drops to zero, visibly — loss aversion only works when the loss is real.
YOUR TRIGGERS, NOT GENERIC ADVICE
Logging an urge is free and always will be. Each one records what preceded it — the hour, the mood, the situation — and the app builds a picture of your own pattern out of it. The more you use it, the more specific it gets.
