I absolutely love Netflix, I have been using it my whole life and never encountered any major issues. One thing i would suggest improving, though, is the download system. I don’t really understand why episode 5 finishes downloading before episode 1 has even begun. Other than that, the experience has been great.
Worst streaming service for customers

I have been using this service for about 5 years, I have also paid for one extra profile for a relative. I travel a lot myself (I'm somewhere different every week) and matter of fact my accommodation ( abroad for business) doesn't work Netflix on TV because "it's not included in my household" and give me temporary viewing it doesn't offer. I also use 3 other competing streaming services and none of them prohibit me from watching content during my travels. At this point, I'm just thinking about cancelling the service. I don't know if it's worth it if I'm limited to mobile devices. It's the worst streaming service in 2025.

Excuse me, i’m watching Netflix with mother at the same home for a whole time and you have to send me that household thing multiple times in day? I can’t understand it… Maybe once in the week, but sometimes she’s sleeping and its on her mail. Like i can’t watch anything because i don’t want to bother anybody to watch Netflix, but why your company keep bothering us? You got your money, but i can’t watch, cause i don’t bother family member trying to sleep. When you open Netflix at 1 am and this hell of the thing keep bothering me and i can’t watch, even thought i pay my side.
The app is getting worse

This app used to work just fine like half a year ago. But recently it is getting worse and worse. The app has to be open the whole time you're downloading anything which is really time consuming. I really don't have the time to just randomly touch the screen with this app open for like 30 minutes until I download 2 episodes. You also have to make sure Your downloads are complete before You leave the house. Also it's crashing really often, sometimes it's 3 times before You can play anything. The app is awesome on Samsung TV but not so much on iPhone.
