App needs some developing

After testing all the features of this app , I can say that this app is missing half of the features that are available in its competitors. Firstly, the AI conversation feature is only available with a subscription, which is extremely expensive for an average person trying to learn a language through an app. Secondly , most of the features are available in other apps with better interface. Moreover , having a whole section of an app just for tutors is unnecessary, because people use language learning apps due to its efficiency and price. No one will actually download the app to hire a tutor , as it is not promoted to do so.

Impossible to Cancel Subscription
SKFROMCY
I strongly do not recommend this app.The cancellation process is extremely misleading. I have been trying to cancel my subscription, but there is no cancellation option in the app, and the subscription does not appear under my Apple Subscriptions. Despite this, my card was charged without any reminder or clear way to stop future payments.I've contacted support requesting an immediate cancellation and the deletion of my personal data under GDPR, but the overall experience has been very frustrating.A company should make it as easy to cancel a subscription as it is to sign up. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this app.
