Glitchy and Shady company

App is glitchy, and when it finally works the company decides to no longer do the 20% discount, cutting the discount TWO DAYS EARLY with no notice. “Out of stock” was their excuse. But all of a sudden now everything is back in stock after TWO DAYS? Absolutely shady and completely disrespectful to their customers.
They promised 20% off your first order but it doesn’t work

Downloaded the app. Filled up my cart and then the discount doesn’t apply. The app is also super glitchy and slow. It makes ordering annoying. I’m now so annoyed with Aritzia. Why release an app before it’s ready
please get some body diversity

I get that the new in “body” is alarmingly thin but it’s not really practical to have your models only be that one body type for an online shop when we can’t try stuff on. I’m a size 4 and I have become relatively adept at online shopping but for some reason trying to figure out what anything on the Aritzia app will look like on me is infuriating because they seem to only choose models that are so thin that everything looks oversized. I’m sick of trying to figure it out and they never have any stock in the store near me so I have no clue how things will fit. It’s become so exhausting that I wince at the thought of even opening the app. I just tried opening the app again after a couple of months and found an abandoned shopping cart full of things that I had been trying to figure out if I liked or not and abandoned. I got through a few minutes of looking at tee shirts and getting irritated so I gave up again. If you want people to buy stuff maybe focus less on app upgrades and more on making the shopping experience feel a little more inclusive.
