if I could i’d give it less than a star. you can clearly see who’s side Netflix is taking by the type of messages shows and movies that go against any religion and political orientation. normalizing forbidden sexual relationships in all movies and shows and showing “the good side” of it. these messages kinda feel like an attack, i’d be careful with what I watch on it.
Crashes and always “titles aren’t ready”

Since the last update the app just keeps crashing and when I click on the movies it says “title cant be played instantly. Try another title”. I’ve kept it open for more than 10mins and when I open one it’s the same. Plus when I’m watching and would go to my email or other app usually it’s playing picture on picture or minimized, it does but when I click the full screen mode it crashes and I’m logged out again and everything can’t be played. Please fix this bug. It’s really inconvenient and it’s a hassle.
Subtitles size don’t change

I used to watch Netflix using subtitles customized by my own (ipad) device from the “subtitles and captioning” section in the settings. Now suddenly, the size of the subtitles increased dramatically! I can still customize some of the subtitles features like color, font, highlighting..... However, I can’t change its size at all, even though it is customized in my settings as small, it appears very large. And when I tried change it to large in my settings, the size didn’t change in the app either, please, fix it as soon as possible, I can’t use Netflix at all this way, the subtitles are WAY too large.
Irritating App & Policy

I cannot watch Netflix shows on your website as the website would not display any material but would automatically transfer me to the App Store and force me to download the app. When I try to download the app, I get an error message saying download cannot start as the app is not compatible with my iPad and hence I cannot watch any shows. This is very irritating given the monthly fee you religiously withdraw from my card stating with pride that Netflix can be accessible at any time through any device. I am very disappointed and feel I am being cheated as I am not really enjoying your claimed flexible entertainment service. Muna
