This app has made life a lot easier for me to manage payments and avoid those long stupid lines in the bank. It’s even saved me on occasions I’ve been caught without my wallet. Last year I had a problem with it for about 8 months and part of that came from poor escalation and response when the CSRs can only follow a script and not think. I’d personally like someone from the bank do a follow up so this problem doesn’t ever happen to anyone else

Nothing is broke so it doesn’t need fixing. It remains one of the best, it’s simple and it’s easy to use, could be a little bit more touch, friendly for the phone app with bigger icons, for us fat finger people but other than that, it’s brilliant
