Fixed bug with disconnection in background mode

Fixed bug in log view that warns of fuel trim variance when there isn't one.

1) Changed firmware download to internal BMS database 2) Changed Trims/Trims2/Timing to Fuel Trims/Fuel Trims2/Ign1. Reselect these gauges in your preset gauge templates for data to show properly. 3) Adjusted Fuel Trims scaling to reflect -34 to +34 typical automotive scaling. The CSV log will still store previous 0-50 format for backward app compatibility.

1) Added engine warmup indicator. Uses oil temp if available, otherwise water temp. It can be disabled on the settings page. 2) Added a button when viewing logs so you can quickly reference settings for that specific log.
