I would like to speak to the manager of eFootball, immediately.First of all, I have NEVER in my life experienced such emotional distress from a football game. I downloaded this expecting a fun, relaxing experience, and instead I got defenders who move like they’re stuck in mud and a ball that seems to have a personal vendetta against my team. EXCUSE ME?Let’s talk about scripting. Oh yes, I said it. SCRIPTING. Because how is it that my perfectly timed tackle magically turns into a penalty for the opponent? And don’t even get me started on the goalkeepers—one moment they’re world-class, the next they’re literally diving in slow motion like they’re posing for a photo shoot.Also, why does my team suddenly forget how to pass after I go 1–0 up? Are they on strike? Did I miss an update where basic football skills were removed? I demand answers.And the online matches? Absolutely unacceptable. I press a button, and my player reacts three business days later. Meanwhile, my opponent is playing like they have fiber internet directly connected to the game servers. Fix. Your. Servers.I have spent TIME (and let’s not pretend, MONEY) on this game, and this is the experience I get? I expect compensation—at MINIMUM better gameplay, functioning AI, and players who remember they are professional athletes.If this is not resolved, I will be uninstalling and telling everyone I know about this absolute disaster.Sincerely,A very disappointed (and frankly outraged) customer Maria.

Unlike competitor games like EA FC, where the chance of getting a good player is around 30%, eFootball offers odds that feel lower than 10%.Most packs include 100–150 players, but only 2 or 3 of them are truly strong. The rest are too weak to be useful in competitive play. What’s even more frustrating is that during special events like holidays, when we expect better pack conditions, the game instead offers packs with 300 players, making it even harder to pull a decent one.This system heavily favors pay-to-win players, making it nearly impossible for free players to build competitive squads. To make the game fairer and more enjoyable for everyone, I suggest:•Reducing the number of players in each pack,•Increasing the odds of getting strong players,•Balancing the strength distribution among pack players,•Clearly showing pull rates, similar to EA FC.Many of us love this game and invest our time in it, but the current pack system is driving players away. I sincerely hope this feedback will be taken seriously and improvements will be made.

And the funniest thing is that they only give 10,000GP at the end of the maintenance day to compensate for this. But in the past they used to give at least 1 overage right or eFootball (MyClub) money from the EPIC player packages that came in as compensation. I am deeply saddened that such a game has become this way. A game like this doesn't deserve 1 star, but unfortunately I can't give more than 1 star. I hope they realise their problems and fix everything.

In my opinion, more people will play this game if there are champions league, european league, conference league in this game. In addition, if there are European and world championships for careers, nationalities, this game will leave those who play playstation behind. As an Azerbaijani, it would be very good to be in the Azerbaijani league. not like in real life, it would be more appropriate to have it with euros, dollars, and sterling. In my opinion, if this is all that I said, this game will overturn all the ratings. It will always be the 1st place in the ratings, not a hundred percent, but a million percent.
